Garam Masala is a special spice blend used throughout South Asia. Generally, Garam Masala is added in a small quantity at the end of cooking to add a subtle flavor to the dish.
When cooked with tomatoes and onions, Garam Masala forms a wonderful aromatic and tasty sauce (curry) for all sorts of dishes, such as eggplant, zucchini, spinach, peas and potatoes. Sprinkle a pinch on vegetables while they are being steamed for a special, exotic taste. Use in pilafs for taste and heavenly aroma.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Red Chili, Cassia. Clove, Cardamom, Anise (Anistar), Fennel, Ginger, Triphala, Ajwan, Salt.
