Shipping
We do our best to process and ship your order as son as we receive it and to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible. Our first choice for shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, but we may also ship via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground (or another carrier), if your package is too big or heavy. In general, you should receive your package in 2-3 days, but you should allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery after we process your order.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated during checkout based on total purchase, weight and/or delivery zone. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation and certain orders will be insured at our discretion.Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not currently in-stock, we will let you know when it will be available for delivery. In general, for items that are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.
At this time we only ship within the Continental USA. We may ship to Canada and certain countries if you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis. Orders can be taken over the phone, or via e-mail or fax.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to return a product, please contact us first to receive an RMA number. Make sure you write the RMA number on the outside of your package. Return the merchandise unopened, in the same condition you received it, within 14 days of the delivery date for a courteous refund, exchange or store credit.* CDs and DVDs that have been opened cannot be returned. Sale items cannot be returned either.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We highly recommend you ensure your return and request delivery or tracking service, in case your package gets lost.
If the merchandise is not returned in the same, new condition it was received, or if it looks like it has beed used, we will not refund any charges. If you request to have it shipped back, you will be charged for shipping again.
*Please Note: Due to health safety reasons, we do not accept returns of most Ayurvedic products, specialty formulas and teas, and most food items (rice, ghee, chutneys, cooking and spice kits). Please contact us first to make sure you can return your item.
Items lost due to a wrong address provided by you will not be refunded. Items returned to us because of a wrong address will be shipped again at your expense and request, once you provide us with the right address.
